Orange signs to UEFA

Orange has secured the sponsorship rights in the telecommunications category for the UEFA EURO 2012 tournament in Poland and Ukraine.

Orange will be the official telecommunications partner in 11 European countries. In Poland, Telekomunikacja Polska (Orange and TP) will also be an official technology partner of UEFA for its flagship national team competition. The 11 territories included in the sponsorship agreement are:Armenia, Austria, France, Luxembourg, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and the UK. As part of the agreement, Orange will benefit from perimeter boards exposure, and will, together with UEFA, develop and distribute the official mobile application to ensure football fans across the Orangeterritories experience and share the passion of UEFA EURO 2012. As part of its activation programme, Orange will also offer fans the chance to win match tickets for UEFA EURO 2012 through various competitions and promotions.
