A request for qualifications has been issued for a opportunity to design, build and finance the development of two stadia and a velodrome for the 2015 Pan–American Games in Toronto, Canada.

Project highlights include the design and construction of a proposed stadium to be one of the four host venues for the Pan–American Games football competition, located in Hamilton, a velodrome, which will include a 250 metre wood indoor track with a capacity to seat 2, 500 people – also located in Hamilton and a 5, 000 seat stadium on the campus of York University in Toronto. The project will proceed under the Ontario governments Alternative Financing and Procurement model (Public–Private Partnerships), whereby risks associated with designing, constructing and financing the facilities are transferred to the private sector.
