British firms have taken part in a seminar in Moscow to show them how they can benefit from the business opportunities offered by the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics.

FEBRUARY 13 – BRITISH firms have taken part in a seminar in Moscow to show them how they can benefit from the business opportunities offered by the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics. Held in the British Embassy, in collaboration with the Russian Association of Sport Infrastructure, it was organised UK Trade & Investment. The event was aimed at sharing experience on all aspects related to successfully delivering a world–level sport event. Topics discussed ranged from choosing the appropriate construction contractors to risk management and new technologies to be implemented, as well as introducing British companies to the preparations for the Sochi 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Olympic Games.
