Award for Manchester 2006 chief

The former chief executive of Manchester's 2006 Commonwealth Games organising committee and Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council has been given an Outstanding Achievement Award by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Frances Done, a chartered accountant who spent nine years with KPMG, is currently chairwoman of the Youth Justice Board and is also a trustee of Manchester's People's History Museum.
