EventScotland presents conference

Events industry representatives can now register for the 2010 International Events Conference, presented by EventScotland.

Taking place on Tuesday 14 December at Perth Concert Hall in Scotland, the panel of international and national speakers combines industry experts from across the events industry with sessions designed to provide delegates with increased insight into emerging and future trends in the industry. Confirmed speakers include Kanya King MBE, chief executive and Founder of The MOBO Awards; Lars Lundov, chief executive of Sport Event Denmark; and Craig McLatchey, chief executive of Event Knowledge Services. The conference will be chaired by broadcaster and TV personality, Dougie Vipond. Special features at the one–day conference include an interactive session with delegates working together to create a future vision for the industry, an inspirational closing address and a networking reception to end the day. To link with Scotland's Year of Food and Drink, the Conference will also feature a festival food village.
