Olympic Gold Medalist, Tim Foster, MBE will present at Future Sponsorship 2011 in Amsterdam on 22 November.

Foster will present on the importance of team work as the key to achieve goals and meet customer expectations. He reflects on his greatest achievements and why it was imperative to work seamlessly together in order to produce results that can surpass all expectations, both in life and in business. Tim Foster was part of the never to be forgotten British Coxless Four winning the Gold Medal at the Sydney Olympics in 2000. He was awarded an MBE in 2001 for his part in this. During his rowing career Tim won a total of 9 World Championships and 2 Olympic medals – only twice in 14 years failing to medal. He was one of the UKs most determined and dedicated athletes. After Fosters rowing career, he transferred straight into coaching with the GB team before joining the UK Sport–sponsored Elite Coach Programme in 2004. In 2007, he became the Head Coach of the Swiss National Rowing Team, who he coached to World and European Championships, ultimately aiming for the London Olympics 2012. During his coaching career, he successfully coached the Swiss national team to their highest ever result in 16 years.
