Major Events International have many years of experience providing international business services and will ensure that your mission is properly planned with a solid programme of activity, appropriate opportunities to meet customers and potential partners and to ensure that the investment in direct and indirect costs is fully maximised.
A dedicated planning session will be held as there is considerable detail to work through and it is important to manage expectations in terms of client exposure and what activities we will recommend. It also allows the budget for the mission to be closely examined and for cost saving measures to be recommended.
Conducting the Mission and harnessing Olympic and World Cup Opportunities.
Major Events International will work with local mega event and Government agencies to support clients and their mission objectives. Additionally, we can take specialist groups on pre planned and stand alone missions in collaboration with those mega event and government agencies. A common approach however is to build a bespoke programme around a conference or exhibition which Major Events International has recommended as being suitable for clients and offers good Olympic and World Cup opportunities. This is entirely flexible and can vary in length depending on previous experience of visiting the country.
Major Events International will provide a full turn-key solution where we are the lead agency. Clients will be met at the airport, taken to their accommodation (for long durations by several clients at one time, MEI will often recommend hiring a flat rather than staying in hotels), and ensure that a local member of our team is present for all key meetings. Options of using local phones and offices provided by us are also possible. A social programme is also part of these trips to ensure that for those on a first visit, they get a feel for the local culture as well as just the business aspects.
