THE EVENTS SUMMIT 2023:
MEI returned to the Emirates Old Trafford for The Events Summit on the 1st November 2023. We brought together Rights Holders, Expert Venue Suppliers and Local Government officials from across the UK and Europe. As well as this the focus was not just on major sporting events, but also on festivals and cultural events that are a key part of the major events industry.
With this in mind we curated a programme that had over 50 industry leading speakers from across the events industry spectrum, who gave their perspectives on some of the most pressing issues facing the major events industry in the coming months and years. There were 3 concurrent workstreams throughout the programme, which means that it was easier than ever for attendees to earmark the perfect sessions for themselves throughout the day.
